Set your currencies. Keep your rates up to date.

Open Settings and manage the currencies you use. Then select the appropriate currency for your organization, client or invoice.

You can refresh rates online from Settings. Use those rates for conversion and review the resulting invoice amounts before issuing.

Yes. You can enter rates manually in Settings, then use them when preparing and converting invoice amounts.

Yes. A client can have its own currency choice, so your regular work can start in the currency you use with that client.

Yes. A saved product’s price currency and the currency of the invoice do not have to match. Review the converted line amounts in the invoice you are preparing.

Yes. Choose the invoice currency during preparation and check the converted amounts. The document should show the currency and total you agreed with the client.

No. Updating settings or rates does not rewrite the currency or amounts on documents you have already issued.

Reports use USD for the combined view and include an original-currency breakdown. You can also export the report data as CSV.
