Payment matching means connecting bank/payment-provider information or importing statements to update invoice payment status. MostlySame does not receive, hold or process the money.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) will connect a compatible AI assistant to MostlySame. Share a client’s details and ask for an invoice: the assistant will be able to find or create the client and service, prepare the invoice, and issue it with your confirmation and permitted access. The invoice will stay in MostlySame for reports and payment tracking.
Think of it as API-style access designed for AI assistants: a standard way for a compatible assistant to discover and use permitted invoicing tools. It will also support requests for account data and reports, within the access you grant.

Free uses one selected invoice currency across your account, set in general settings. Pro lets you work with multiple currencies, configure currency settings and update exchange rates. Multi-currency is available free during Early Access. Subscription prices in USD do not mean your invoices must be in USD.

MCP integration is Coming soon for Pro and Team. It will provide API-style access built for compatible AI assistants, so you can ask your chat to create invoices or retrieve account data and reports with the permissions you grant. A separate public API is not part of the announced offer.
