Product capabilities and local requirements are different parts of the workflow. Check the primary sources linked in this guide.

01

Prepare a Spanish-language document.

Choose Spanish as the organization’s Document language. MostlySame uses Spanish labels such as Factura and formats dates and numbers for that document. Write descriptions, payment instructions and Notes in the wording your client needs.

02

Check the tax information separately.

A Spanish tax invoice can require additional information such as the taxable amount, applicable IVA and relevant special wording. The needed particulars depend on the transaction. See Spain’s invoicing regulation and confirm your situation with your adviser.

03

Understand what VeriFactu adds.

VERI*FACTU is part of Spain’s rules for invoicing systems and billing records. It is not the name for a Spanish PDF or a wallet payment QR. The AEAT’s SIF and VERI*FACTU guidance is the source for scope, requirements and current implementation dates.

04

MostlySame’s current and planned support.

English and Spanish documents, tax ID fields, payment details and Notes are available. Spain-specific workflows and VeriFactu support are separate; the current workflow does not submit data to VeriFactu.
