01

Choose the document language once.

Set Document language in the organization. Its invoices use that language for the title, labels, dates and number formatting. Choose the document title that fits your workflow.

02

Keep your own wording.

Service descriptions, names, addresses, Payment details and Notes stay as you write them. Enter those details in the language you want the client to receive.

03

Use the same templates.

The template gallery works with English and Spanish documents. Review the invoice with your actual descriptions and payment details before issuing, then download PDF or HTML.

04

Separate presentation from local requirements.

A Spanish layout helps your client read the document. Language, tax information and country-specific electronic invoicing are separate matters. Support for individual country workflows will be described separately.
